Refund Policy

The short version

Full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email alex@alexmayhew.dev and we'll take care of it.

We'd rather give your money back than have you frustrated. If the code doesn't work as described, that's on us.

How it works

• 1.Email alex@alexmayhew.dev within 30 days of purchase.
• 2.We process the refund through Gumroad. Full purchase price, no fees deducted from you.
• 3.Expect 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What you keep

This is source code — once downloaded, we can't un-download it and we don't ask you to delete it. We trust you.

Agency tier note

The 1-hour onboarding call included with the Agency tier ($297) is non-refundable once it has been scheduled and completed. The rest of the purchase is still eligible for a refund within 30 days.

Upgrades

If you bought Starter and then upgraded to Professional, you can refund either purchase within 30 days of each respective purchase date.

Before you file a chargeback

Please email us first. Chargebacks carry fees that genuinely hurt a small business. We'll process your refund faster than a chargeback anyway — and we'll say yes.
